Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you full control over your mailboxes and email campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward email messages from one e-mail box account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the mailbox account you want to redirect mails from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
